Genesis

In the beginning, before the heavens were stretched and the earth was formed, there was EL—the Ancient of Days, the Bull, the Kind One.

From the cosmic waters of the primordial deep, EL emerged as the supreme deity of the Canaanite pantheon. Known as the "Father of Years" and "Creator of Creatures," EL established the divine assembly that would shape the ancient Near Eastern cosmos.

His dwelling place sits at the mystical confluence of two rivers, at the source of the two deeps—a sacred geography that transcends the physical realm and enters the eternal.
